Our Founder’s Journey
Stone Valley Tile was founded by a skilled artisan whose journey into the tile industry began right after high school. Introduced to the craft by his brother-in-law at a young age, he quickly discovered a natural proficiency and a deep passion for tile work. Eight years into his career, he chose to serve in the military, where he was honorably discharged after his commitment. Returning to civilian life, he resumed his path in tile, eventually becoming a manager and a manufacturing representative for one of the largest companies in the industry.
During his extensive career, he encountered a recurring issue that many clients faced: substandard labor. This realization sparked an idea to create a company that would address this gap in the market. Obtaining his contractor’s license, he established Stone Valley Tile to provide high-quality, reliable tile installation services, aiming to set new standards.
Expansion and Growth
Today, Stone Valley Tile is on a path of growth, expanding our reach and capabilities. While we continue to handle most projects in-house, we collaborate with trusted subcontractors when necessary to scale our services without compromising on the quality and personalized attention that our clients expect from us.
A Notable Achievement
One of our founder’s memorable experiences includes working on MTV’s “Real World” set in San Francisco in 2013. He was heavily involved in building the set, focusing on showers and finish carpentry, which showcases the versatility and high-profile nature of our expertise.
